Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?

Art proof approval time typically takes 48 hours or less. Our processing time for the awards is 7-10 business days, after the final proof is approved. After the award is completed, it will ship to you within 5-10 business days depending on the shipping method you choose and your location.

Yes, we do ship internationally.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties at the receipt of the package if applicable.

Order Status

Click the "Sign In" link at the top of our site to check your order status.

Click the "Log In" link at the top of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "cancel order" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing, you can no longer edit or cancel the order.

Return Policy

Because our awards are custom, we do not accept returns. If a proof approval is generated at the time of receipt of proof the customer states they would no longer go through with the order the customer will be charged a $25 processing fee and all other funds will be refunded.

Once the vendor provides proof approval the order goes into production then a refund cannot be requested.

Payment

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse (Florida).
